Naqaab was 2007 Bollywood movie, directed by Abbas-Mustan duo. Abbas Mustan was inspired by a British movie Dot The I while writing this movie script. Akshay Khanna played the negative role for this movie. Urvashi Sharma and Boby Deol are the lead cast for the movie.
Sophie (Urvashi Sharma) engages with Karan Oberoi (Bobby Deol) who is a millionaire and beautiful guy. But after some days she falls in love with a Vicky. She always tries to control her feelings towards Vicky. On the day of her marriage with Karan, she leaves the marriage hall for Vicky. Shocked Karan commits for suicide. She realises her mistake, but there onwards the real mystery starts.
Akshay Khanna gave excellent performance. We never this is Urvashi Sharma’s first movie. Lara Dutta appeared in a character which not having proper identity.

Abbas-Mustan director duo are experts in copying Hollywood super hits to Bollywood. They gave many super hits like this. They adopts only the main story theme and screenplay and changes entire story and gives a stylish look to it. Mostly it looks like a different movie compared with the original.
A Song From Race
The 2008 block buster hit Race was also a copy of the Hollywood flick Goodbye Lover. Saif Ali Khan, Bipasha Basu, Katrina Kaif and Akshay Khanna played the lead roles in this movie. This movie was shot in South Africa and Dubai. Race did a very nice job in Tollywood and Kollywood also.
Anil Kapoor, Sameera Reddy, Johnny Lever and Dalip Tahil also featured in important roles. Abbas-Mastan showed Shah Rukh in a negative character for Baazigar and Priyanka Chopra as a villain in Aitraaz. This time it was Akshay Khanna and Katrina Kaif‘s turn for Race.

36 China Town is a crime thriller. Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor starred in this film. This movie was inspired by a Hollywood flick Once Upon A Crime. Sean Young, John Candy and James Belushi were the lead cast in that movie. In 36 China Town Isha Koppikar played key role.
This movie is about a casino owner Sonia Chang (Isha Koppikar) in Goa. She lives with her son. One day she finds her son is missing. She gives a paper ad for her son and also announces 25000 rupees reward. Priya (Kareena Kapoor) and Raj (Shahid Kapoor) meet Sonia’s son.
When they come to the casino to meet Sonia they find her dead body. These two become first suspects for the murder. How Raj and Priya proved their innocence is the remaining.
Akshay Khanna has played a police inspector role. Paresh Rawal and Payal Rohatgi are other lead cast. Upen Patel made his debut with this movie . Priyanka Chopra and Tanushree Dutta starred in guest roles. Shahid Kapoor was very good in his character but Kareena failed to impress. She was also one reason for this movie’s failure.
